Did you know that the Petits Frères des Pauvres sends young people abroad?

Every year, for over 10 years, Les Petits Frères des Pauvres has been sending civic service volunteers to work with member and partner associations of the International Federation.

Last month, the international team was able to visit these young people, who are living a unique year-long experience in the United States. Their daily lives are punctuated by visits to isolated elderly people.

The Agence du Service Civique makes it possible to send volunteers. Like Livia, a volunteer with Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly, Chicago Chapter, these young people are also the strength of our international network.

“One of the best experiences possible! “

To understand their daily lives, we put five questions to Mattéo and Pierre, also volunteers in Chicago. Valuable testimonials for a unique human adventure.

Many thanks to Mattéo and Pierre for their invaluable testimony and commitment.
